Choose Your Project Path
Choose the path that best matches your current starting point. The final project route is confirmed after the product, design materials, customization scope, expected quantity, and sample requirements are reviewed.
OEM
- Best for: Projects based on an existing design, drawing, specifications, or physical reference sample.
- Provide: Product files, dimensions, target weight, component requirements, expected quantity, and packaging requirements.
- Review: We evaluate production feasibility, sample requirements, and whether a new or modified mold is needed.
ODM
- Best for: Projects starting from a product concept or reference direction that requires development support.
- Provide: Target product type, desired dimensions and weight, reference materials, component requirements, branding, packaging, and expected quantity.
- Review: We evaluate the design direction, sample plan, and mold development requirements.
Private Label
- Best for: Projects using a selected product with customer branding, product marking, color, finish, component, or packaging requirements.
- Provide: Selected model, logo artwork, visual requirements, packaging direction, and expected quantity.
- Review: We confirm the available options, sample requirements, MOQ, and project timing.
Changes limited to applicable colors, finishes, branding, packaging, or components may not require a new mold. Changes to the product shape or structure may require mold modification or new mold development after evaluation.
Custom Lure Mold Development
New mold development is evaluated when an existing product or mold cannot meet the required shape, structure, size, or assembly. Lure Dock can review customer drawings, specifications, reference samples, or product concepts before confirming whether mold modification or a new mold is appropriate.
Requirement and Design Review
Review the proposed shape, dimensions, weight, component placement, and reference materials before deciding the development route.

Prototype and Sample Development
Develop a prototype or sample to evaluate the product shape, fit, and assembly before mold work proceeds.

Mold Machining or Modification
Machine a new mold or review modifications to an existing mold according to the approved product requirements.

Mold Preparation
Complete mold preparation and develop the product sample used for confirmation before production.

Tooling scope, sample requirements, MOQ, and project timing are confirmed after the technical requirements are evaluated.
From Project Brief to Production
The exact project route depends on whether the selected product uses an existing configuration, a modified mold, or a new mold. These stages show the main path from initial requirements to completed production and delivery.
01
Share Project Requirements
Provide the product reference, target specifications, expected quantity, branding, packaging, destination market, and supporting files.
02
Review and Evaluation
We review the product, design materials, customization scope, tooling needs, and information required for project evaluation.
03
Sample or Mold Development
When required, develop a sample, modify an existing mold, or create a new mold based on the evaluated requirements.
04
Sample Confirmation
Review the developed sample and confirm the agreed product configuration before production proceeds.
05
Production
Begin production using the confirmed product specifications and project requirements.
06
