Fishing Lure Manufacturing Capabilities

Fishing lure production workshop at Lure Dock

Factory & Production Overview

Lure Dock supports wholesale, OEM, and private-label projects across hard baits, soft plastic baits, metal lures, and frog lures. Our in-house mold workshop supports projects that require mold development or modification. Manufacturing requirements are reviewed for each selected product, with sample confirmation, production, inspection, and packaging included in the project workflow.

  • Product Range — Hard baits, soft plastic baits, metal lures, and frog lures.
  • In-house Mold Support — Mold development or modification when required.
  • Sample Confirmation — Samples are confirmed before production.
  • Production Workflow — Production, inspection, and packaging follow the confirmed project requirements.

Hard Bait Production Process

Following project and sample confirmation, hard bait production moves through the stages below. These operations are completed in-house, with quality checks during production and before packaging.

01 — Body Molding & Internal Assembly

Injection mold the lure bodies and install the internal hardware, weights, and rattle beads.

02 — Body Joining & Leak Testing

Ultrasonically join the two body halves and leak-test every lure.

03 — Surface Preparation & Inspection

Polish and sand the bodies, clean them ultrasonically, and inspect every lure’s appearance.

04 — Base Finish & Color Painting

Apply primer or electroplating, spray the color finish, and inspect every lure’s paint finish against the reference sample.

05 — Printing, Eyes & Protective Coating

Apply pad printing, fit the lure eyes, and apply a PU coating to help protect the painted finish.

06 — Final Assembly & Packaging

Fit the hooks, leak-test sampled finished lures, check swimming action against the confirmed sample before packaging, and package the finished products.

From Production to Quality Control

Production includes quality checks during manufacturing and after final assembly. Before packaging, swimming action is checked against the confirmed sample. These checks help assess whether the finished lures are ready for packaging.
