Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

1. Introduction

This website is operated by Shandong Teyopro Outdoor Products Co.,Ltd. under the Lure Dock brand (“Lure Dock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the Lure Dock website.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue your use of the website.

2. Website Purpose

The Lure Dock website provides information about fishing lure products, manufacturing capabilities, customization support, OEM and ODM projects, private-label services, packaging options, and related business services.

This is a business-to-business inquiry and product information website. It is not an online retail store, and visitors cannot complete a purchase or enter into a sales contract directly through the website.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, materials, dimensions, weights, packaging information, and other available details as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product information displayed on the website is provided for general sourcing and project evaluation. Specifications, colors, finishes, components, packaging, availability, minimum order quantities, and production requirements may vary by product or project.

Images may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, production batches, and confirmed customization requirements. Website content must not be treated as a final product specification or production approval.

Final product requirements are determined by the quotation, confirmed sample, specification sheet, artwork approval, packaging approval, order confirmation, or other written project documents agreed between the parties.

4. Requests for Quotation

Submitting a request through the website does not create an order, supply commitment, agency relationship, partnership, or binding contract.

Information submitted through a quotation form is used to review the requested product, quantity, customization scope, packaging, reference files, and other project requirements.

Any quotation or project response may be subject to further technical review, sample confirmation, material availability, production requirements, and commercial approval.

A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable commercial documents are confirmed in writing by the relevant parties. These documents may include a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, sample approval, or sales agreement.

5. Commercial Terms

Prices, currencies, minimum order quantities, sample charges, tooling costs, payment terms, production schedules, packaging requirements, shipping arrangements, trade terms, taxes, duties, inspection requirements, and other commercial conditions are confirmed separately for each project.

Information displayed on the website does not replace the terms stated in an applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, or signed agreement.

If website content conflicts with a written document issued and confirmed for a specific transaction, the transaction-specific written document will control.

Production and delivery schedules may depend on product requirements, sample approval, material availability, packaging confirmation, order quantity, payment status, shipping arrangements, and other project-specific conditions.

6. Customization and Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers may provide product references, drawings, logos, trademarks, artwork, packaging files, photographs, samples, specifications, or other materials for project evaluation.

By submitting these materials, you confirm that you have the right and authority to use them and to request their use for the proposed project. You must not submit materials that infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, patent, design right, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

Submission of materials does not automatically transfer ownership to Lure Dock. It also does not automatically grant the customer ownership of molds, tooling, production files, artwork, product designs, or other development materials.

Ownership, permitted use, exclusivity, storage, return, modification, and disposal of molds, tooling, artwork, designs, and development files must be confirmed separately in writing for the relevant project.

If information requires special confidentiality protection, the applicable confidentiality terms should be agreed in writing before confidential information is submitted. Website submission alone does not create a separate non-disclosure agreement.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, photographs, downloadable materials, and other website content are owned by or licensed for use by Lure Dock.

You may view and use the website for legitimate product sourcing, business evaluation, and project inquiry purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, systematically download, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, forms, accounts, or stored information.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability.
  • Infringe the rights of Lure Dock or any third party.
  • Use automated tools to extract website content without permission.
  • Submit unsolicited promotions, spam, or unrelated commercial messages.

We may restrict access, reject submissions, or take appropriate action when website misuse is identified.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for reference or convenience.

10. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We may update, correct, replace, suspend, or remove website content or functionality when necessary.

Although we aim to maintain accurate and accessible information, we do not guarantee that every part of the website will always be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular business purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability relating to a confirmed order, product, payment, shipment, or other commercial transaction will be governed by the written terms applicable to that transaction.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, banking credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal information through the website inquiry forms.

13. Changes to These Terms
